The Partners

We’re Pat, Lucy and Annisa, the mother-daughters founders of Financially EPIC. When we analyzed our lifestyle goals individually and as a family, we discovered there was a gap between where we were and where we wanted to be. 

Coming from three distinct professional backgrounds, we decided it was time to take our future into our own hands. We made it our priority to learn how to invest in ourselves by gaining financial literacy and implementing an innovative and life-changing approach to entrepreneurship. 

Together, we now have over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. We have completed real estate transactions including buy & hold, renovation, and new build construction projects in Southern California, Hawaii, and the East Coast.

Today, it’s our mission to inspire others to invest in themselves and build connections that provide the knowledge and resources for a vibrant and thriving future.
