Claremont ADU Build

Inspired by, and in honor of, our late Aunt Graciela, this 2 Bed, 2 Bath Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) has been the most impactful project we’ve completed to date. 

Spanning 750 square feet and boasting ceilings over 10 feet tall, this ADU previously existed as a workshop, a RV garage, and was used for storage. This underperforming, idle space, through extensive conversion of the structure into a habitable,  stylish, and fully-furnished casita, now operates as a cash flow producing asset.
